Has anyone seen anything like this anywhere in the world, where a "higher" court Judge actively participates in perjury, not mentioning human rights violations??

We live in a broken world, lots of people that have authority/power have a tendency to overindulge themselves and loose their sense of ethics.
It was frequent in times past.
As courts become more modern, and more subject to oversight, it is happening less and less.
But as long as humans have prejudices, some people somewhere will attempt to abuse their power.
is this a question, or a cry for help?
